What is included in my registration?

Your retreat package includes:

  • 4 days/3 nights of lodging at Camp Merriwood

  • 3 meals per day, plus water stations

  • Access to all workshops, group gatherings, and wellness activities

  • Use of the lake, trails, and retreat spaces...including kayaks, paddle boards, etc.


Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is for women seeking rest, renewal, connection, and meaningful time in nature. It is inclusive of lesbians and allied women.


What are the lodging options?

You may choose from three accommodation styles:

Community Cabin – shared sleeping space for up to 6 guests
Double Nest – shared cabin space for 1–2 guests
Collective Cabin – private or semi-private cabin with amenities provided


How much is the deposit?

A $200 deposit is required to secure your registration.
The deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable.


When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is due by June 1, 2026.


Can I transfer my registration?

Yes. Your registration may be transferred to another person before August 10, 2026.


What kinds of activities are offered?

Activities include:

  • Yoga, movement, and relaxation sessions

  • Nature walks and optional lake activities

  • Personal growth and wellness workshops

  • Creative arts and community-based experiences

All activities are optional.


When is check-in?

Check-in for the retreat is on August 16, 2026 between 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM

This allows time to settle into your cabin, explore the grounds, and prepare for the opening gathering held at 4:45pm.


When Is Check-Out?

Check-out is on August 21st before 11:00am. We encourage guests to enjoy breakfast before departure. 


Are children and pets allowed? 

No. This is an adult retreat for women. Two and four-legged children are not permitted at the retreat. This policy helps maintain a safe, comfortable environment for all participants. 


Is this retreat sober-friendly?

Yes. This is a supportive environment for all women. You can choose to bring alcohol or bring nonalcoholic beverages.


I have to get work done during the retreat. Is there Wifi?

Yes. Wifi is available, along with spaces to work including the community dining hall, an indoor multi-purpose building, and the library. 


Are dietary needs accommodated?

Yes! GF, vegetarian, and vegan are all options. Please list your dietary restrictions on the registration form so we can support your needs.


Can I smoke cigarettes or bring cannabis products?

No. This is a no-smoking and no vaping campus. Cannabis is not legal in the State of NH.


Will photos be taken?

Yes. Photos may be taken for retreat memories, social media, and promotion.


How do I send my deposit?

Deposit is sent via Venmo. Details are provided on the Retreat Pricing page. The remaining balance will be paid via PayPal.


I would like to offer a workshop. How do I go about this? 

Email Lori with details on your desired workshop: fullcircleclassroomsretreats@gmail.com. Approved offerings will receive $100 off registration!


Will there be quiet hours?

Quiet Hours: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

These hours are for rest, reflection, and soft landings. Please:

  • Keep voices low outdoors and in cabins

  • Use headphones for music or videos

  • Take late-night conversations indoors or to designated spaces

We honor both night owls and early risers by keeping shared spaces calm.


Do I need to bring my own bedding?

Yes. Please bring:

  • Sheets and blankets or sleeping bag + pillow

  • Toiletries

  • Towels

  • Comfortable clothing for indoor and outdoor use
