As a leader in adult professional learning, I believe in using a strength-based approach to bring school communities together.  This requires building authentic relationships to empower school leaders and educators.  I show that I value each individual’s expertise and area of contribution, thus propelling them to reach their potential in their respective role.  This trickles down to student engagement in the classroom, while also organically building a strong foundation for the school from the bottom up.  As we embrace a strength-based approach, we are better able to realize a school or district's vision. The ability to recognize and adapt to change and challenges is imperative.  Recognizing the organizational priorities, adopting innovation, and streamlining lines of communication have a direct impact on the pulse of the learning landscape.
